Deliveries will be made during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00.

Deliveries made to outlying areas may take a little longer and will be subject to an additional charge. This charge will be automatically calculated at the time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY


While we will always endeavor to provide a faultless service, should a mistake occur which results in you receiving products that are not identical to those ordered by yourself, we will gladly exchange your order, or provide a full refund. Request for replacement orders and/or refunds must be received by ZeWine Club within 2 days of receipt of order. Requests for replacement orders and/or refunds will not be entertained after this time period has elapsed.
