ZeWine Club will undertake to ensure your order reaches you within 3-5 days of placement.

Deliveries will be made during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00.

Deliveries made to outlying areas may take a little longer and will be subject to an additional charge. This charge will be automatically calculated at the time of purchase.

Please note that should you provide incorrect delivery details, you will be liable for the extra delivery charges.

REFUND POLICY

While we will always endeavor to provide a faultless service, should a mistake occur which results in you receiving products that are not identical to those ordered by yourself, we will gladly exchange your order, or provide a full refund. Request for replacement orders and/or refunds must be received by ZeWine Club within 2 days of receipt of order. Requests for replacement orders and/or refunds will not be entertained after this time period has elapsed.
