The Sale of Wine to Minors is Prohibited by Law

Wines may be sold and delivered to persons who are 18 years of age, or above. By ordering wine from this site you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 18 years of age. The person to which the wine is being delivered may be requested to provide proof of identity thereby confirming that he/she is of legal age.

Intellectual Property Rights

All the content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, colours, layout and trademarks are the intellectual property of ZeWine Club and as such protected by South African and International Intellectual Property Law.

Privacy

ZeWine Club will treat all personal information provided in the strictest of confidence and no information will be provided to third parties for whatsoever reason.

Change to User Agreement

ZeWine Club reserves the right to make changes to this website and this user agreement at any time without notice.

If you become a member of ZeWine Loyalty Reward Network, you also agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 ·         Confirmation of details captured on our system is required before Client number will be assigned

·         No joining fee applies: (only R360 for first order of 12 bottles of wine)

·         No monthly administration fees.

·         First order must be confirmed and paid within first month to ensure placing in network.

·         All orders will only be processed once payment has cleared in Zidela's bank account. ABSA BANK, Account Number 9088756410, Branch code 632005

·         Payment of loyalty rewards will happen only by EFT at the end of the month following receipt of payment.

·         An invoice in the name of the member will be generated for Zidela's account and submitted to each member on a monthly basis. Minimum amount of R10 will be applied. Any amounts lower than R10 will be forfeited.

·         Unforeseen administration fees may be deducted from reward payout. For example tax certificates.

·         Administration fee of R50 is payable to initiate an investigation to identify payments where the correct payment reference was not used.

·         Zidela management reserves the right to cancel the entire scheme at any point in time, at their discretion. It will be at Zidela's sole discretion whether loyalty reward payments will be made after such cancellation.

·         Joining this wine rewards club does not constitute any guarantee of income to any member, placing an order only commits Zidela to provide such wine as ordered within a reasonable period.

·         All members must be over 18 (Proof of ID required in terms of South African liquor law)

·         Minimum order per product is 6 bottles. E.g. 6 bottles Sauvignon Blanc and 6 bottles Merlot

·         Minimum order size: 12 bottles (This is to ensure most economical delivery cost)

·         Order multiples are in increments of 12 bottles only.

·         Courier Cost is included in Cape Town Area. Further expansion is planned for a later stage, depending on the availability of suitably priced delivery services.

·         Changes to delivery address must be made and confirmed by Zidela before order placed - redirection cost will be for customer's account.

·         All wine purchased through ZeWine Club is only for personal consumption - not for resale.

·         A minimum requirement is to order at least once in any rolling 3 month period in order to maintain placing in network.

·         Zidela will have the scheme audited at intervals deemed necessary by Zidela.

·         Zidela management reserves the right to exclude any members who appear to abuse the system, at their sole discretion.

·         Zidela management reserves the right to modify the scheme parameters at their discretion, as well as increase prices periodically to account for inflationary effects on input costs, as well as excise duty increases.

·         Zidela management reserves the right to transfer the entire scheme to another suitably licensed legal entity at their sole discretion.

·         Zidela undertakes to maintain the privacy of its clients as far as possible
